“ I recommend Hiley for their buying experience. However the service department needs a revamp. I've gotten two oil changes here with an appointment and it has taken 3+ hours every time. This second time I had to wait for 2 hours with my 3 year old in tow and my car didn't even get washed. The online package price was vastly different from what I got charged for "parts and labor" which I thought would have been reflected in the package price. I paid $170 for an oil change and tire rotation and balance and that included a $20 off coupon. Feels like highway robbery of my time and money. Everyone is super nice but good lord what a time and money suck. ”
